Commissions are accepted after discussion, as I strive to provide high quality to all projects.

Half the commission fee needs to be paid upfront. Other half will be paid upon completion.

The commission fee does not include furniture.

Other half of the commission fee will be paid upon completion.

You will need to add me as a friend to be able to share the house with me.

If you have any questions or doubts during the commission process you can ask in discord.

During the commission I will be asking you to check on the progress during the build. In case any changes needs to be made. If that is the case tell me right away so i can make changes BEFORE continuing building.

Respectfully avoid entering the house while the designing is in progress unless I ask you to check on the progress.

Once decoration is planned, committed and work has started, I won't do major redesigns. If a major redesign is requested, it will be charged separately.

Do not add or remove an furniture while i'm working on the build.

I won't redo the house after the commission is deemed complete.

Please don't take credit over my work.

Upon completion: I will be taking pictures of your home (interior and exterior) to add to my portfolio.

If you post my build on social media, you must credit me.

I as the designer hold the right to decline any commission. Should I choose to cancel a commission and payment have been made, the payment will be returned to you.
